Mission
To achieve the vision statement above, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia has some mission statements:
- To provide education by nurturing and advancing disciplinary knowledge across educational fields, including religious studies, social sciences, natural sciences, formal sciences, and applied sciences, in a balanced and integrated manner;
- To conduct research aimed at formulating and advancing innovative educational theories and methods, along with other scientific disciplines grounded in local wisdom;
- To cultivate professional teacher education that is seamlessly integrated into academic and vocational training across all educational pathways and levels; and to disseminate innovative experiences and discoveries within the fields of education, disciplinary studies, religious studies, humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, formal sciences, and applied sciences for the advancement of society.
Objectives
To foster educators, educational professionals, scientists, and specialists across diverse fields, while also generating, advancing, and disseminating science and technology in order to improve the well-being of our society.
